DreamCatcher Interactive — Video Game Developer and Publisher

DreamCatcher Interactive was a Canadian video game publisher founded by Richard Wah Kan in Toronto in 1996. It became especially associated with adventure games and created The Adventure Company publishing label; its catalog also included the shooter Painkiller. DreamCatcher was acquired by JoWooD Entertainment in 2006, and after JoWooD’s insolvency in 2011 its assets and brands passed to Nordic Games, later known as THQ Nordic. Today DreamCatcher is primarily a historical publishing brand.
